If i receive two version liners, and i prefer the brown one, how should i do?
We have two version liners online, white type with velcro and brown type without velcro. They are all with the same warm performance. If you prefer the brown one, please find the brown liner link in our store.
If i need one more liners for exchange, can I purchase multiple glove lining separately?
Yes, we have these mittens liner sold online separately, just go to our store and search for "gloves liners", and choose the same size of mittens' shell.
How could i choose the right size mittens for my kids?
Please measure the palm circumference and middle finger length, and then compare with the size chart, you will get the very fit gloves for your kids.
I choose one size up for my kids and it is too big to keep hands warm, how could i do?
If the mittens is too big size, we usually suggest to exchange for the small size one. Or keep the wristband tightening and grip the mittens cuffs cover the coat sleeves to prevent cold air entering.
